W/c trains to take from Penn Station to Elmhurst,NY,11373?

I'm confused w/ the letters on the subway map, and i need to know if I should transfer trains.

W/c trains to take from Penn Station to Elmhurst,NY,11373?
Well, there are two stations on Elmhurst Avenue but I'm not sure of precisely where you want to go. So, I'll work with what I have:

To 90 St/Elmhurst Av: Take a Queens-bound "E" train to Roosevelt Avenue, then go upstairs and take a Flushing-bound 7 to 90 St./Elmhurst Av.

To Broadway/Elmhurst Av: Take a Queens-bound "E" train to Roosevelt Avenue, then on the same platform's local track, continue on a Forest Hills-bound G, V, or R. Take it one stop to Elmhurst Avenue.

I have chosen the "E" because it is an express train and will get you there much faster than the R.

Again, those are only two stations. For more refined directions, we need a more specific location.
Reply:R train
Reply:You asked this an hour ago so you're already there . Anyway from Penn walk thru the pedestrian tunnel to herald square , catch the uptown R to either Grand ave or the next stop Woodhaven %26amp; Queens Blvds
