Where is exaclty Washington d.c.?
I'm sure it is 37 degrees north and 77 degrees west and it is inbetween virgina and pennsylvania

Reply:It's on the border of Virginia and Maryland. Back in the 1800's the southerners didn't want to ratify the constitution, so they made a deal with the goverment that if they moved the capital to the South they would ratify it. This way, everybody won for the time being.
