A special-purpose map would be appropriate to show?

A. natural landscapes.

B. population density.

C. political divisions.

D. territorial changes.

A special-purpose map would be appropriate to show?
The answer is "E. All of the above."

These are all examples of just what special purpose maps are all about.

This looks like an exam question - if it is for review, I'd check with the instructor for clarification before the test.

Good luck to you - keep those geography questions coming !
Reply:"D"

Many maps included natural features (i.e. mountains) and population densities, a special-purpose map is not needed for those items.

Just about every map includes item C, those are those lines that tell you where one country ends and one begins.

Territorial changes are typically not included in maps, you would need a special-purpose map to show how territories(countries) have changed over time.
