How can you locate regions of low wind speed on a weather map by locating???

I think its C but im not sure

A. regions where the pressure is highest

B. regions where isotherms are spaced far apart

C. regions where isobars are spaced far apart

D. regions where a warm front slides under a cold front

How can you locate regions of low wind speed on a weather map by locating???
Mobry answered it spot-on.
Reply:Yes, it is "c". Isobars are an estimated of where lines of equal pressure are located at that time. The closer the lines are to each other on a weather map, the stronger the pressure gradient.

so if you see these isobars drawn on a weather map, you will expect breezy to windy conditions possible. If they are very far apart, then the pressure gradient are weak. With a weak pressure gradient, expect light winds or regions of low to near calm winds speed.
Reply:C how close or how far apart isobars are tell you how windy it will be.
